New Proposed Federal EPA Regulations Part 3

These include:

  1. The  Clean  Energy  Innovation  and  Deployment  Act  of  2021 establishes that electrical generators implement Zero-Emission Electricity Credit (ZEEC) trading system in 2023.
  2. H.R. 2801 –The METHANE Act of 2021 designed to reduce methane emissions by 90% by 2030.
  3. H.R.1492 – Methane Waste Prevention Act of 2021 – introduced by Dianne DeGette (CO) – also designed to reduce methane emissions by 90% by 2030.
